1946 film noir “The Strange Love of Martha Ivers” comes to Blu-ray in May

HD Cinema Classics (owned & distributed by Film Chest) plans to bring the 1946 Lewis Milestone directed film noir “The Strange Love of Martha Ivers” starring Barbara Stanwyck, Van Heflin, Lizabeth Scott and Kirk Douglas (in his first film) to Blu-ray Disc on May 29th. Tech specs for the release include newly restored Black & White full 1080p Hi-Def video in the 1.33:1 (4×3) aspect ratio with Mono sound. The release will come in the form of a “combo pack” with a DVD of the film also included. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $11.99 price tag.
