The 1992 Penny Marshall directed film “A League of Their Own” starring Tom Hanks, Geena Davis and Madonna is coming to Blu-ray Disc in a “20th Anniversary Edition” on October 16th via Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. The film co-stars Rosie O’Donnell, Lori Petty, Jon Lovitz, Garry Marshall, David Strathairn, Bill Pullman, Megan Cavanagh and Tracy Reiner. Tech specs include full 1080p Hi-Def video in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $13.99 price tag.
