Another real Mike Judge film that needs to come to Blu-ray is "Beavis and Butt-Head Do America" from Paramount. I saw that in theaters and own the DVD. A true classic. I'd give anything to be able to have like all the "B&B" show episodes on like 2 or 3 BD's, that would RULE!

Yeah, something about this movie just didn’t work. You never felt connected to any of the characters, the storyline didn’t go anywhere, the whole “she’s a robber” thing just didn’t feel right…the list goes on and on.
The part of your review that stood out most though had to do with the second half of Office Space. I feel the same way about it. The first half is probably one of the most amazing movies I’ve ever seen, but the second half leaves you with a “hmmm.” I watched that movie probably 150 times one summer and that is my only gripe.

charle: I totally agree, FOX needs to release "Idiocracy" on Blu-ray -- that was actually funny as hell.

I have to admit this one didn’t appeal to me after seeing the trailers. I love Mike Judge so I’ll pick this one up on sale.

I wish Fox would put Idiocracy out on BD, that movie is hilarious and the social commentary is rock solid.

I actually really enjoyed this film. I’m not sure I would say I like it more than Office Space, but I might say I like it as much as Office Space. I guess if making fun of corporate America is required for comedies to be funny then Extract isn’t funny.
