Yesterday (June 16th, 2009) DreamWorks (distributed by Paramount) launched some EXCLUSIVE Sneak Preview streaming content on their BD-Live network for the upcoming sequel via the “Transformers” Blu-ray Disc release. To access this new content, previous owners can insert DISC 1 (of the 2 disc set) and go to “Extras” then BD-Live under that menu. Once there you should see a whole new slew of material to stream and watch in Standard Definition (framed) video with stereo sound. The material (their titles) and runtimes are listed below, thanks to our very own James Segars for taking the time to write this out.

- “We’re Gonna Die” – 1min 12 sec
- Shanghai – 1min 9sec
- Adobe Hut – 1min 40sec

I was looking forward to checking this stuff out, but I just put in the disc (my PS3 is connected to the internet) and there’s no new content to speak of. Anyone know if you have to download an update or something. Maybe it’s just slow rolling out?

Will H: I would try and log in. I had some difficulty in doing so (seeing the new stuff) until I logged in with my paramount BD Live account.
If that doesn’t work, I’d say try and check for updates to your PS3 and re-inserting the disc after you’ve successfully logged in.
Let us know how it goes.
