UPDATE! Spielberg films coming to HD DVD is “NOT TRUE” claims spokesman

As we reported to a few days back the rumor of Steven Spielberg films like “E.T.” , “Jaws” and “Jurassic Park” would be coming to the HD DVD format have been deemed as we’ve now been informed to be FALSE. Steven Spielberg‘s spokesman has come forward and said that this was again made in ERROR and is NOT TRUE. We look for Universal to issue yet another apology to the Director later this week.
