FOX announces that the complete series of Joss Whedon’s “Firefly” is headed to Blu-ray Disc this November

FOX has finally announced a November 11th release date for the entire series of Joss Whedon‘s “Firefly” on Blu-ray Disc. The release will be in AVC MPEG-4 video (1080p of course) and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. The bonus materials are set to include a Blu-ray Exclusive “Firefly Reunion” in Hi-Def and new episode Commentary by Creator Joss Whedon (and select Cast).
This title has been on Amazon.com with a PRE-ORDER listing and $62.95 price tag for quite some time now but finally receives a 11/11 release date.
