“American Beauty” is coming to Blu-ray in September

Paramount has officially announced plans to bring the 1999 Academy Award-winning film “American Beauty” directed by Sam Mendes, starring Kevin Spacey and Annette Bening to Blu-ray Disc on September 21st — being a “Sapphire Series” release. The tech specs include full 1080p Hi-Def video and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. Bonus materials set to be included are listed below.
