FOX announces plans to bring the latest Eddie Murphy comedy “Meet Dave” to Blu-ray Disc this November

FOX has just announced a (yet another) November 25th Blu-ray Disc release, this time for “Meet Dave” — the latest Eddie Murphy film. This particular film proved to be yet another box-office failure for both FOX and funnyman Eddie Murphy as well as receiving average ratings as low as 3.9 on IMDb and a very weak 20% (out of 100%) on Rotten Tomatoes. Blu-ray Disc Specs:
The MEET DAVE BD release will be authored in BD-Java with AVC (MPEG 4) compression on a single-layer 25 GB disc presented in widescreen format (1.85:1 aspect ratio) with English 5.1 DTS HD Lossless Audio and Spanish/French 5.1 Dolby Digital audio with English & Spanish subtitles. I don’t want to be a grammer bitch or anything but you can’t use the word’s “funny man” and “Eddie Murphy” together, you can’t use “comedy” and “Meet Dave” in the same sentence either.
