Gareth Evans film “The Raid: Redemption” is coming to Blu-ray in August

Sony Pictures Home Entertainment (under the Sony Pictures Classics label) plans to bring the 2011 Indonesian film “The Raid: Redemption” written & directed by Gareth Evans to Blu-ray Disc on August 14th. The film stars Iko Uwais, Doni Alamsyah, Joe Taslim, Yayan Ruhian and Ray Sahetapy. Tech specs include full 1080p Hi-Def video in the 1.78:1 aspect ratio and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound in INDONESIAN (with subtitles) and it appears English (dubbed) as well. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $24.96 price tag. Below you’ll find a list of bonus materials set to be included on the release.
