Writer/Director Kevin Smith tweeted a month or two back about this and now it seems to be coming true. “Chasing Amy” & “Clerks” are coming to Blu-ray Disc on November 17th as well as a “Kevin Smith Box Set” on Blu-ray from Miramax (Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment) with 3 films. The third film included along with the two other titles in that box set is the previously available “Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back“. All three releases already have pre-order listings over at Amazon, click on their titles above for links. “Chasing Amy” & “Clerks” will both be carrying a $27.95 price tag (each) and the “Kevin Smith Box Set” will carry a $62.95 price tag. We’ll let you know as we hear more info on these releases, likely later this week in the form of a press release from Disney. Stay tuned!

Clerks in HD! Yes, black and white films tend to look very good on Blu-ray, so does 16mm. That box set will be mine.

charle: Yep, I can’t wait to see these BD’s. Glad Kevin finally became a fan of the format.
