MGM, in an early alert to retailers, has announced plans to bring the 2009 remake of the film “Fame” to Blu-ray Disc on January 12th, 2010 — in an “Extended Dance Edition” — whatever that means. Tech specs include full 1080p Hi-Def and DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. No word yet on bonus materials set to be included but stay tuned and we will keep you updated. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $27.99 price tag.
