Paramount has just issued a PRESS RELEASE officially announcing a September 22nd release of “Star Trek: The Original Series – Season 2” on Blu-ray Disc. Tech specs are identical to the previous season in full 1080p in 4×3 (1.33:1 aspect ratio) video using VC-1 codec and DTS-HD 7.1 Master Audio sound.
