Showtime’s “Dexter: The Fifth Season” coming to Blu-ray in mid-August

Showtime Entertainment (distributed by CBS Blu-ray, part of Paramount) has announced in an early alert to retailers plans to bring “Dexter: The Fifth Season” to Blu-ray Disc on August 16th. Tech specs for the release have not yet been officially announced — but judging from the previous releases, you can LIKELY expect full 1080p Hi-Def video and Dolby TrueHD 5.1 sound. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a $41.99 price tag. The bonus materials have not yet been detailed but stay tuned and we’ll try to keep you updated.
