Sony is bringing the 2009 German film “The White Ribbon” written & directed by Michael Haneke to Blu-ray in June

Sony has announced plans to bring the 2009 film “The White Ribbon” (a.k.a. “Das weisse Band – Eine deutsche Kindergeschichte“) to Blu-ray Disc on June 29th. Tech specs include full 1080p Hi-Def video in the 1.85:1 aspect ratio (as well as in Black & White) with GERMAN DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio sound. The title is already available for PRE-ORDER over at Amazon with a (rather steep) $34.99 price tag. The bonus materials are set to include the following listed below.
