The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs will get a Double Feature Blu-ray Disc release on October 14th via Shudder. This double feature includes films, both directed by Joe Lynch. First off, you get “Suitable Flesh” (2023), and next you get “Mayhem” (2017). In between the films, you’ll get all of the footage that was shown during the Shudder streams of these episodes of the show. The Shudder original series stars John Bloom (a.k.a. “Joe Bob Briggs”) and Diana Prince (a.k.a. “Darcy the Mail Girl”). The show is currently in its seventh season. These two episodes aired during seasons 6 and 2, in order of the film’s titles.

The tech specs for the Blu-ray include a 1080p HD video presentation in 1.78:1 and 2.35:1 aspect ratios with lossless DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 Stereo sound. The full runtime is 4 hours and 55 minutes, with extra time added to the movies for each, ensuring you get the show bits. Hopefully, we will see more of these home video releases of “The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs” soon from Shudder.
